What is Aqua Blocks?

In Aqua Blocks, a pint-sized protagonist and the Sea King's impish son work together to clear colorful gemstone blocks from an ocean floor. The gameplay creates an experience far remote from the standard match-three mechanics; here, you'd be blocking strategic moves and thinning out rows or columns with the prince's magical trident. The more they keep the board half-empty, the more points they earn, enjoying an alluringly chill, aquatic atmosphere.

How to Play

Drag and Drop: Use the mouse to pick up gemstone blocks and place them on the grid.
Set rows or columns: Arrange them so that all blocks in a horizontal or vertical line are cleared when they are activated by the prince's trident.
Keep it empty: The board must stay at least half-empty, so watch your moves carefully.
Reward your skills: Chain combos and placing well earn big points.

Tips & Tricks

Look ahead: Move blocks creating chances for a number of rows/columns.
Corners are a plus: Edges and corners are great setups for future combos.
Clean up clutter: Do not ever let the board fill-up-at least half needs to be empty.
