What is Yeah Jam Fury?

Yeah Jam Fury is a mad-paced fast puzzle-platformer that puts your reflexes and creativity to the test. Featuring 40 levels of colorful smiley-faced blocks, you will find yourself switching and alternating between three different "egos" (characters with different abilities) to circumvent obstacles, manipulate structures, and exit out of the level. Be it a gameplay task of scaling walls, blasting blocks, or level alteration of some sort, no stage is alike; really hard on the skills and quick thinking.

How to Play

Switch Egos: Toggle between the three characters with differing abilities: generating blocks, wall-jumping, crushing obstacles.
Solve puzzles: Actually use your ego's powers to remove obstacles blocking the path to the finish.
Time is of the essence!: Levels that are timed to make your fluid movement worth your while; hence put your timing to the test!
Controls: Usually, the arrow keys will move you, and a dedicated key (Z, X, etc.) will swap your character choice.

Strategies and Tricks

Walkthrough: Walk around and analyze the level first; in some puzzles, an ego must perform its ability in a specific order.
Chain combos: High-level combos chained with an ego ability can produce great yet unexpected results: for example, creating a block and then jumping off it to gain higher altitude.
Keep Moving: You shouldn't stick around! Some blocks might crumble, or somebody could reset the blocks!
Try Everything: Don't hesitate to combine abilities and methods in crazy ways if you're stuck. Sometimes the oddest solution is the right one.

Building on the reputation of Super Smash Flash as one of those landmark indie killers, Yeah Jam Fury somehow blends chaotic fun with rather interesting platform mechanics. Its quirk apparent, every serious fan of puzzle platformers considers it a cult classic.
