What is Xblock?

Xblock is a simple yet addictive platformer in which you control a cube attempting to traverse dangerous terrain for the finish. Avoiding obstacles, falling into gaping holes, and collecting coins to buy abilities, such as the critically important jump. With simple controls and hard levels, the game is great for quick sessions or long gaming marathons.

How to Play

Movement: Move the cube left or right with left/right keys or click the on-screen buttons.
Jump: This is not available at first but can be unlocked after you collect enough coins dotted all over the levels.
Restart: Press the self-destruct button if you have to reset position after being stuck or having fallen.
Finish: Get to the flag without falling or being crushed by obstacles.

Strategies and Tips

Patient: Some gaps require precise timing. Pause if you must, then move.
Coins First: Collect coins at any cost early on; besides, unlock the jump feature by doing so that makes later levels a cinch.
Centered on the Edges: Always stick to the center of a platform-one slip and you're history.
