What is Fill the Gap?

FilltheGap is a modern interpretation of the classic block-stacking genre of puzzle games. The original games of this genre include Tetris, but Fill-the-Gap introduced an entirely different challenge. Unlike clearing lines, the objective is to completely fill the rows and columns on a grid with shape blocks that are given randomly. Since the pieces do not fit together very nicely all the time, you have to be very strategic with the placement. It is addictive, brain teasing, and good for quick puzzle sessions or long puzzle marathons.

How To Play

Goal: All the empty rows and columns of the grid should be filled with the given shape.
Controls: Simply click on the shapes, drag them, and place them wherever you want.
Challenge: Shapes appear randomly, so you have to think quickly.
